Creates New Documentary Featuring Moving in the Spirit
Filmmakers Dorothy Shi and Kiki Gu, both undergraduate students in Emory University’s Film, Media, and Social Change class, have created a short documentary featuring Moving in the Spirit.
The film, about 8 minutes in length, highlights the unique class and choreographic process at Moving in the Spirit, in which students collaborate with their teaching artists to create relevant, meaningful works.
Please enjoy I Forgive!
We extend our immense gratitude to Dorothy and Kiki for their thoughtful artistry, and to supervisor Laura Asherman, Director of Ethics and the Arts at Emory University’s Center for Ethics, for her careful guidance.
