Step into a world of movement, artistry, and growth with EMBODY, an annual movement-based performance arts intensive hosted by Moving in the Spirit. This two-day program is designed to inspire creativity, develop technical skills, and foster the personal growth of young artists.

At Moving in the Spirit, we’re dedicated to empowering youth and young adults through dance and performance arts, equipping them with tools for success in every aspect of life. The EMBODY Winter Artist Intensive condenses these efforts into 12 immersive hours of training, connection, and discovery.
Participants will gain specialized training in dynamic movement styles like contemporary dance partnering and capoeira, while also exploring essential aspects of the performing arts industry through engaging master classes, including:

This program is tailored for intermediate to advanced dancers ages 10-18 who are ready to elevate their artistry and expand their skills in a supportive and creative environment.

Ages: This intensive is for intermediate to advanced dancers ages 10-18.
Dancers should bring their own water bottles and lunch.
Tuition:
General Public: $125 for both days; $85 for one day
Current Students: $100 for both days; $65 for one day (use code EMBODY25 to receive the reduced rate)
Note: This intensive is already included in yearly tuition for members of Moving in the Spirit’s Ambassador, Apprentice Corporation, GLOW in Motion, and Men in Motion companies.
