Today in Atlanta, thousands of children live in environments hostile to their personal growth. Without positive support, these youth are at-risk for engaging in criminal activities, dropping out of school, and becoming dependent upon public assistance as young adults. There is an urgent community need for safe and structured environments that nurture children's potential and set them on a pathway to success. Moving in the Spirit has successfully met that need for 23 years.

Because of the unyielding support of our donors, 60% - 80% of Moving in the Spirit’s participants receive need-based scholarships to ensure their ongoing participation in the program. If you cannot make a monetary donation, please consider donating some of the much-needed supplies found on our Wishlist. 2. To pay by credit card, make your gift securely through Network for Good.
3. To become a monthly donor, with donations automatically withdrawn from your bank account, contact Moving in the Spirit’s Development Director.
